Take the headache out of fire safety

We install and maintain fire safety systems, such as fire alarms, smoke ventilation (AOV & MOV), extinguishers and emergency lighting.  Life Safety equipment is an essential part of any business and is required under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 for businesses and Landlords.  Any premises that is entered by members of public or employees (including the communal areas of apartment buildings) is required to have a suitable fire plan and system in place.

There are various reference documents that provide guidelines to the design, installation and maintenance of fire systems in various types of building.  Legal documents, such as the Approved Documents and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005 apply in most cases.  British Standards also apply to different types of system and the overall maintenance, such as BS9999:2017, BS9991:2015, BS5839:2017.  There are also government produced documents, such as LACoRS and fire safety guidance.

We can provide a one stop service to ensure your building is compliant with all relevant legislation.  Our fully trained consultant engineers can design a system that is compliant and meets the needs of your building and it’s users.  Our engineers can install and maintain systems and provide advice on keeping your system functioning effectively.
