All our maintenance contracts can be customised to suit your needs and include a 30day termination clause, giving you peace of mind without a long tie-in or notice period.
Clients with a contract will get a login for our bespoke client portal, FIMS (Fire Information Management System) which will allow you to view details of your sites, jobs and service contracts. You will be able to download reports, photos and invoices, as well as leave feedback for our team.
